The surface grinder's worktable utilizes a monolithic granite structure. Based on traditional closed-plane hydrostatic guideways, a high-rigidity, high-precision large-plane closed-plane hydrostatic guideway has been developed to achieve large-stroke, smooth, and reliable reciprocating motion of the worktable. The worktable is driven by a SIEMENS linear motor, and to prevent the linear motor's movement from affecting the table surface, a dedicated hydrostatic guideway has been designed for the linear motor. The table's motion is controlled in a closed-loop manner by a HEIDENHAIN grating system, ensuring the worktable possesses high-precision and fast-response motion characteristics.
